Debugging logs were enabled and the PPP option wasn't enabled. I'll attached another log with related screen shots....billion_fan wrote: ↑Tue Sep 07, 2021 11:52 amOur engineers are asking if you can change the log/display level to debugging, (Configuration >> System >> Configure Log)SPAU00 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 06, 2021 1:26 pmHi mate,billion_fan wrote: ↑Mon Sep 06, 2021 12:21 pm
Can you let us know if the attached firmware works with the e3276
No go. I've attached the log.....log.zip
Also try disabling the PPP option within the 3G/4G LTE WAN option as shown on the attached screen shot, if you still have issues please send a copy of your debugging logs.

Re: 3G/4G/LTE dongle not connecting with latest firmware
Something else to note. On occasion there can be multiple instances of the 3G/4G LTE interface in the Interface Lists. I've manage to catch this happening and taken screenshots attached. This does not happen with the 2018 firmware so could possibly be related to this issue.billion_fan wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 12:16 pm Ok thanks for the update, I will report back to our engineers

Re: 3G/4G/LTE dongle not connecting with latest firmware
Our engineers have asked if you can enter your APN/Username/Password for your sim provider within the 3G/4G LTE section and see if it connects. (also move the 3G/4G LTE to the "Selected Default Gateway Interfaces" found under 'Advanced Setup >> Routing >> Default Gateway")SPAU00 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 11:53 pmSomething else to note. Re: 3G/4G/LTE dongle not connecting with latest firmware
There is only an APN so no Username/Password. It connects via account. In the 2018 firmware, it connects with no user settings entered whatsoever including APN. As for the Default Gateway and the latest screenshots, I realize the default gateway is empty. That shouldn't be possible hence the screenshot. There is no connection regardless. I'll do as you've asked and send through another logbillion_fan wrote: ↑Tue Sep 14, 2021 9:09 amOur engineers have asked if you can enter your APN/Username/Password for your sim provider within the 3G/4G LTE section and see if it connects.
