Hi all i am on Plusnet adsl2+ and have just purchased an 880nl
Should i disable the routers firewall?
Do i need to adjust the mtu?
I have tried to change the snr numbers (quick 5 mins) and if i change it by any digit my tinternet stops working completely lol
We use it mainly for gaming so need it optimizing for that really
Used the quick start mode to set it up so do i need to change anything is want i really want to know first and then we can look at adjusting the snr
Oh edit do i need to update the firmware

2. No need to adjust the MTU
3. SNR changes depends on your current line settings (default line settings)
4. Do not disable the firmware otherwise you will prone to recursive DNS attacks
