Billion 8800 Series with Vodafone Sure Signal

Your sure signal device should work with the stock firmware, and there is no need to enter any port forwarding rules etc.

FYI, I ran my Suresignal V1, with no port forwarding, for quite a while. However, I did get many call disconnections after around 30 seconds of use, which I blamed on the SS.
A couple of months ago I was advised that I should give the SS a static address, and forward all of its required ports (of which there are many).
The result seems to be a far more stable SS, with far fewer call disconnections.

All of the above refers to the 7800DXL, but I'm guessing that the software is very similar.
In any case, I have just ordered an 8800AXL, so I'll let you know how I get on next week

This issue is only related to 'Bridging Mode' I have already submitted the issue to our engineers to investigate.

No not yet, once I get a reply I will drop it here (waiting for the debug SOP and take it from there)
