garmin express

Hi can anyone help with this problem, i have been trying to update my maps on my garmin satnav using garmin express but it just keeps timing out my question is there a setting that i have to disable to allow it to d/load my map update, just to let you know i put another router on and it d/loaded just fine any clues thanks in advance. :cry:

wow I could not update my maps with the billion bipac 800axl as well never thought it could be router related look forward to reply as well

Can't help you settings wise, but it works fine with my 8800NL. I recently purchased a new Garmin and had a 2GB download, plus have also had a map update this week.

It might be establishing a IPsec to download the maps, in this case try disabling IPsec under 'Configuration >> NAT >> IPsec' (on firmware 2.32e)
