This worked really well :) thanks for this. I have another issue. I can't find a way to tag you in this forum software. I was going to post under 8800 category but having to reply/quote here to see if you get the notification.

"My parents have just been switched to BT digital voice, and all calls currently now go to voice mail.

They would rather use their existing "BiPAC 8800NL R2" router rather than the new BT one. Does this Billion router support digital Voice. Hoping Billion_fan can help."

I have limited info on BT digital voice,

The 8800NL does not have a phone or RJ11 VOIP port, it all depends on how BT configure there new digital phones, and if it uses a ethernet connection or not. (Virgin's router come with a adapter and you use your own phone, with the standard UK phone connection, if that's the case then it won't be supported, as you can't plug a phone to the router)
