Big Problem tried everything
I have a big problem ,on my bt home hub 5 i get 78mb download ,on my billion i only get 4mb ,in the statistics it picks up 84mb as attainable and 79 as recievable.

Try setting up a QOS rule so you can ensure the upload bandwidth is not being fully used.
