Just checked the specs on mine (and Yes ! I've just had to unplug my router just for you) and you're looking for a power lead with :-

Input 100 -240 v AC 0.5A 50/60Hz (UK)
Output 12v DC 1.5A
5.5mm Diameter jack

There are Linksys and Netgear replacement leads advertised online but I'm not sure how "10mm x 5.5mm x 2.1mm" equates to the 7800N one.

Best bet would be to take your router along to Maplins (they're advertising as well), get the full specs on their's (ask them) and if it's suitable (and cos they can be pricey) use those specs to compare what is available online (sneaky ?), also not sure if Billion Tech Support would be able to supply you with a replacement. Probably also pricey but at least you would know you are getting the correct part.

Pt No. PAW018A12 UK

Just as an after thought, had you put it back in the box and what have you been using in the mean time ?

Hi makenshione

Drop a ticket to http://www.billion.uk.com/esupport/

We should have a spare one lying around that we can sell you.

Why don't you just give it to him as a goodwill gesture for choosing to buy a Billion router ;)
