Help With o2 setup
Please can some one tell me how to setup to connect to 02 please

thank you for the quick reply. i tried that but no joy. could it be that i am using the new firmware for sky if so which should i be using please

Hi Hunash
Please contact o2 and ask for your broadband settings also ask if you need a username and password, as some o2 customer use PPPOA and a username and password is needed. (low majority of customers)
If you still have issues please provide us with the information o2 have provided you it should look like this.
Protocol - PPPoA
Encap Method - VC-MUX
Username - your o2 username
password - your o2 password
VPI- 0
VCI - 38
Also please post a picture of your status page if possible, also you WAN page

weird did a reboot with you recommended settings for the third time and its now working thanks every one
