7800N and HP Deskjet 3050A J611
newbie question - just bought 7800N and wanted to use WPS to connect my HP Deskjet 3050A. enabled WPS in the config menu. both the push button method and entering the PIN my printer generates have failed. Just wanted to check that this should be possible - was ok with previous router.

Did you enable WPS under wireless setting? As it is disable by default. Log in to the router interface then Advance> configuration > LAN > Wireless.

I'm not too sure as I don't have a HP Deskjet 3050A J611
But if WPS is failing, have you tried to add the wireless network manually on the printer?? Just like you would with a iphone or PC.
