VPN settings

I'm going to purchase a subscription to IPvanish,I have a billion 8800nl could someone give me some help in setting this up on my router

The Bipac 8800NL does not have a VPN server/VPN client built in, so can't be done

So it means it can not run any vpn along?

You can only run VPN tunnel on the client it self not on the router
