Setting up 3CX Phone System on Windows10

Apologies, but I am back!

With 'full cone nat' set on the atm interface the 3CX firewall check fails with 'full cone
test failed'. If I set the PTM interface to ''full cone NAT' it does not stay selected.

I still therefore cannot set up the 3cx system and I am totally confused by the whole thing!

I still have the port forwarding set.

Has anyone set up a 3cx system with this router?

ATM WAN interface is for a ADSL connection, which you are not using hence it won't make a difference.

PTM is for a FTTC connection, can you explain what happens when you enable Full Clone NAT, can you explain more the symptoms of Full Clone NAT does not stay selected?? eg how long does it stay selected?? What firmware version are you running??

WAN - PTM - EDIT - Select Fullcone Nat Enable tick box - Apply
Return to edit and tick has gone. Restart makes no difference.

That's strange I have just tested it here and Fullclone NAT is enabled (video attached)

Can you try making the change with a different web browser eg IE

Used Edge and same result. Must be some other setting somewhere but the user manual does not even mention fullcone NAT!
