Default address 192.168.1.254 not accessible (BiPAC7300W router)

I did a FIRMWARE upgrade, but now I can not get to the Management Control Panel (default address 192.168.1.254) on my BiPAC7300W router.
My IPv4 address on my computer also changed now.
I get connection to the internet though.
What can I do to get connection to the Management Control Panel (default address 192.168.1.254) on my BiPAC7300W router?
