I'm unable to upgrade the FW on my 8900AX R2. Currently on d21, but want to push it up to d23.
I have tried with and without Factory Settings, also Current Settings? All I get is 'Update in Progress' but nothing else. Have also tried turning off and back on again???
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance...

Yes, Safari didn't. Chrome worked.
