Can I have some tips on improving latency/ping please.
I am using a wired connection and on copper adsl.
Many thanks.

Please can you post the line stats from the router? Please go here: http://192.168.1.254/statsadsl.html

Your line is heavily interleaved, which is why your ping is high. How long has your line been in sync for? You could try asking for interleaving to be switched off by contacting your ISP, but that may cause major instability.

No worries. I would think fastpath (no interleaving) will cause your line to become too unstable. So, unless you can reduce the errors (obviously only if they're being caused by anything in your property boundary), then I think interleaving is needed. You have interleaving for a reason, so to remove it is quite risky. It will be interesting to see the results, however, if your ISP does turn off interleaving.
