firmware 2.52

I have an 8800NL R2.
Every time I have upgraded to a version of 2.52 i have problems with the box rebooting itself approximately every 12 hours or so.
Reverted back to 2.50 version all is rock solid.
On a BT infinity line.
Anybody else seen this issue?
Any suggestions?

I would advise going back to 2.50 until Billion release a test firmware.

Stick to 2.50 for now, we are investigating with our engineers and once I get a update I will post it

I assume you tried 2.52.d10 also, which was supposed to solve the reboot issues??

I might need some logs to captured (off 2.52.d10), if you happy to help??

yes tried 2.52.10.....reboots.
all i could see from the logs was the reboot.
did have it syslogging to a server but nothing visible there.

Did you set the log level and display level to debugging before capturing the logs??

no i had not got it on debugging - informational only...
i dont have the time to retry the 2.52 - sorry.
i have turned on debugging and syslogging but on 2.50.
if anything strange appears ai will let you know.

Not the only one i tested the latest version of the 8800nl r2 and it rebooted after 3 days of use. plus the latest one causes the snr margins to dip too low causing the 800nl r2 to reboot.

I have just got an 8800NL R2, it came with 2.52.d10. I am on a Plusnet Fibre Extra (80/20) line.
Logging has been set to debugging and it is being sent to my Raspberry Pi.
Will let you know how I get on.
