So i tested the 2.52.d10 but that was causing issues of rebooting while in bridge mode. So im currently running 2.52.d5 But my main concern is this the SNR drops from 6.2 to 5.9 and the max attainable also drops if i say im downloading a large file. here are my stats. im a bit worried in case it causes a reboot the 8800NL R1 has no issues with it dropping SNR on the download. so im concerned about the R2.

Attainable rate is just a estimate, what really matters is the Rate (Kbps) and as long as the line doesn't drop you should be fine.

spoke too your colleague on the phone and he recommended me 2.50a.d13 i must of tried every firmware but they not stable on a TalkTalk line for some reason the downstream and the attainable doesn't drop on the 8800NL R1. But as soon as i try the 8800NL R2 i get serious attainable drops while downloading. either the 8800NL R2 chipset can't cope with it or it's some bug in the firmware.billion_fan wrote: ↑Thu Jul 05, 2018 10:29 amAttainable rate is just a estimate, what really matters is the Rate (Kbps) and as long as the line doesn't drop you should be fine.

Well the chipset and DMT code are different so that might be cause, 2.50a.d13 should stop the rebooting though. (but as long as the router doesn't drop sync, and downstream rate stays the same you should be fine )nfxcr3w wrote: ↑Thu Jul 05, 2018 8:58 pmspoke too your colleague on the phone and he recommended me 2.50a.d13 i must of tried every firmware but they not stable on a TalkTalk line for some reason the downstream and the attainable doesn't drop on the 8800NL R1.
