Antennae on 8900ax-2400

Post by nozzer »

8900ax-2400 brand new five months ago... the "latching" mechanism at the bottom of both rear antennae has suddenly cracked at the base of each antenna. They have never been moved from the vertical position since installation so they haven't been abused at all. From previous posts I gather it's not possible to replace them separately and the whole unit will have to go back for a casing replacement. I assume that this is correct? If so, who do I contact?

Has anyone else experienced a failure like this? Seems like a material fault to me if both have failed more or less at the same time.
