I have a USB attached 1Gb disk, which shows up OK as usb1_1 ntfs 953867 115
But when I enter \\192.168.1.254 as indicated in the manual I get an error Windows cannot access \\192.168.1.254.
However, I can see and access the disk via FTP.
I'm using Using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, and my software version is 2.32e
Does anyone have Samba working OK? Can anyone advise me?

Re: Problem with Samba
I sorted out the problem.
The Windows 7 Service TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper was disabled.
When I re-enabled it and started the service, all was well.
Thanks
