Re: Bt Infinity and Firmware
You can use firmware 1.06g, as this should work with all fibre connections other then Sky which you need a custom firmware

got the g firmware setup but the wireless speeds are alot slower than wired, getting 27mbps down and 6.5mbps up wireless and 53 down, 16up on wired, is this an acceptable speed for wireless or is there a setting the should be enabled or disabled, the computer is 1.5 meters away from the router

What speed is you computer connecting at to the router?? Normally it should state the connection speed under connection status on your PC.

You should check the speed recorded on your MACjjanddaz wrote:sorry where should i look for the connection speed, router or mac
I am not quite sure where you would fine the connection speed if you are using a MAC, normally on windows once you click on your 'Local Area Connection Status' it should state the speed of your connetion to the router.
