I need to see a device externally that uses port 80 internally so I'm trying to redirect port 80 from an internal IP 192.168.1.204 (which is fixed) to an external port, say 9000.
In port mapping the internal port is the same as the external port, so how do you get around this problem? Can someone point me in the right direction please.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Have you tried following the attached screen shot.smartbus wrote:I need to see a device externally that uses port 80 internally so I'm trying to redirect port 80 from an internal IP 192.168.1.204 (which is fixed) to an external port, say 9000.

Re: Internal and external ports?
I'm trying to achieve what's on your screen shot, however when I enter 9000 for the external port it automatically populates 9000 for the internal port and won't allow me to change it, i.e to port 80.
I'm running firmware version 1.06d, is this a known issue within this firmware build?
If it helps I'm happy for you to Login to my router and your welcome to try yourself! PM me and I will provide you with the necessary details.
Regards,
M.

Re: Internal and external ports?
I don't remember if this issue was on 1.06d as we have moved on from this firmware a while ago, try upgrading to 1.06h.dt2 (attahced)smartbus wrote:I'm trying to achieve what's on your screen shot, however when I enter 9000 for the external port it automatically populates 9000 for the internal port and won't allow me to change it, i.e to port 80.
