Hello
I am trying to setup a 3100SN Extender (Repeater) to work with my 7800N, I thought that all you had to do was press the WPS button on the back of the 7800N for a couple of seconds (until the WPS lights come on) then press the WPS button on the 3100SN for a couple of seconds.
I thought this then automatically connected and configured the 3100SN as an extender but so far nothing.
I'm sure I am doing something wrong but the user manual doesn't seem to explain it.
Please help.

Re: 7800N & 3100SN Extender
You have two options
For each option you will have to connect the Bipac 3100SN directly to the 7800N, then login with the IP address http://192.168.1.253 and follow one of the guide below.
AP client setup (link below) easier method
http://www.billion.uk.com/esupport/inde ... s-aprouter
Or WDS mode (link below)

Great, thanks for your help.
I thought the idea of the WPS button was to allow it to connect automatically??
