I have somehow managed to lose an ipad mini in the house. "Find my device" on iCloud is saying offline so i'm guessing the battery has died.
I have statically assigned the iPad an IP address based on MAC address. Is there any way I could interrogate any sort of log on the router, by Telnet or so, to find out the last time this device was online ?

the ARP table doesn't show the iPad :/ but that's because I'm thinking the device battery has died or something.
