Have you checked if it states 'Authentication Fail' under 'Status >> WAN'??

Yes. It states Unconfigured.
Previously it has stated Connecting, but that's after I've had a Fail on the Quick Start process.
Very confusing.
It's probably me doing something daft.

All sorted. Did a factory reset, followed the instructions from the Billion Help Team and all great.
