No WAN Service Page

Post by pintosal »

When I try to check Configuration >> WAN >> WAN Service nothing comes up.

Configuration >> WAN is fine, but when I click on Wan Service item on the left hand menu, nothing happens.

I note that hovering over the left hand menu, that it shows items such as http://192.168.1.254/wan_failover.html, which work OK. But when I hover over Wan Service, it shows 192.168.1.254/wanset.cmd.

If I enter the address 192.168.1.254/wanset.cmd into the browser, I get a blank screen.

My software version is 2.32e

Any ideas please?

Am I the first/only person with this problem?

I don't have this issue. But, it seems like billion_fan has disappeared off the face of the earth without letting everyone know...

Have you tried factory resetting the router? Please make sure you save a backup of your settings!

I was hoping for a reply from billion_fan.

Maybe he (or she???) is on holiday.

I'm reluctant to reset, as my synch rate has been creeping up over several months, and a reset knocks it back.

If you do a 'restart' from the web gui,it shuts down the PPP link gracefully, so shouldn't affect your line sync.

Well, I believe you have to do hard reset of your router to fix this. Try it and let me know.
