We have just bought a new 8800NL to replace our aging Draytek router and it is not allowing my new Sony Xperia XA1 to call over wifi on EE contract. I downloaded the latest firmware from the website and upgraded to that (2.52.d3) and i have turned off ipsec, plus knowing that i needed to open some ports on my old Draytek router for the wifi calling to work inbound on this android phone, i opened the below ports:
TCP ports in the range 5060-5061
UDP ports in the range 40283-59999
UDP port 4500 (IKEv2)
UDP port 500 (IKEv2
A windows phone and an iphone, all on EE contracts are both allowing calling over wifi with no problems and my Xperia XA1 is fine with the ports enabled above on the Draytek and has been fine on public wifi. Can you advise on a fix please.

resolved by EE turning it off and on again at their end! They sent some settings to my phone and it's now working a treat with no additional settings or ports beyond the IPSEC one.
