Block All To LAN IP Address EXCEPT web browsing Suggestions

Being playing with firewall settings but seem to draw a blank, is it possible to set up a set of rules to BLOCK all content email, FTP and streaming services etc but allow normal HTTP port 80 surfing, I can block all easy using the drop command but inserting forward http before the block all still blocks all (in the firewall settings).
Quality of service works a treat if you require limitations, but that’s a different thing altogether.

Try following the attached screen shots, this will allow people to contact websites on the normal port 80 (http) and port 443 (https)

When setting up the rules, make the drop rule is at the bottom, once added you can rearrange them by clicking on the blue arrows, once in the correct order, click on 'reorder'
