LAN Problem

When i restart my LAN connected Desktop that is connected to the 8800nl(no openreach modem connected) i get no signal from it. Networking status on the 2 computers ive tried state that the connection is there but i get no data. Cant even access the 8800's config. Wifi/internet still works on my mobile devices and can access the config at all times even after a restart on those devices. I have to disable and re-enable my network card on the pc's to get it working again.

Things i have tried:

Using different LAN connected desktop/laptop
Use another ethernet cable
Setting a static IP
Extend the IP release time
Tried Two different firmwares: 2.32d.dh14 and 2.32d.dm2

Any ideas to resolve this problem would be much appreciated.

When the issue occurs, what IP address does your computers get?

Cant check untill the weekend, but i believe it said 192.168.1.100 still

So the router is still able to assign your computer with the correct address,(starting DHCP range) so its strange that you can't connect to the router when the issue occurs (as you are within the correct IP range)

Also see if you can ping the router using command prompt once the issue has occurred ( within command prompt type 'ping 192.168.1.254)

Is your computers put into sleep mode by any chance, before the issue occurs?

No the pc is completely shutdown when this happens. Mains power off.
