Guest wireless network

Post by Marksfish »

I have the 8800NL which I understand allows several SSID to be broadcast. It is my understanding that having a guest network allows you to let people connect to your wifi without having access to the other devices on the network. I have created a new guest network for my home, but I can't seem to be able to isolate the devices. If I connect to the guest, I can still access my desktop, and TV. What do I need to do please to stop this?

Thanks

I have exactly the same issue. Hopefully there's a solution.

I found this post on a different part of the forum, but it appears to work for the 8800NL too

On the thread above there is a post by me, this will list the setup method for guest networks, with isolation from the LAN ports and normal wifi network. (the web interface is the same for the 8800NL)
