inSSIDer show Max wifi rate as 36Mps

I have a couple of Airport Extremes connected via ethernet to the Billion 7800N

When I run inSSIDER it show the max rate for the airport extremes at 195Mbps which is sort of what I'd expect
However the 7800N is only showing 36Mbps, Its N capable right ?

My settings are in the screen shot below (deleted the Mac and SSID - you can never be sure )

Wireless security is WPA2 AES

Any ideas why I'm only seeing 36Mbps

Have you tried to turn off WMM and Wireless Multicast Forwarding?

From tests I have done, when looking at the windows status of my wireless connection I can see 300Mbps.

What speed does your PC show, you are connecting at? Is the wireless signal strong or full bars?

Also yes the 7800N is a N wireless device capable of upto 300mbps.

PC showing 145Mpbs

and appears to be working at that speed so I guess its inSSIDer
