BiPAC 8800NL unusable wireless

Afternoon,

I have the BiPAC 8800NL on TT Business FTTC for about 2 months now and this last few days the wireless is really unusable most of the time, takes for ever to open pages etc. and using smart phones on it is the same.

I've done a reset and also updated to the newest firmware 2.32d.dh65 but still the same sometimes ok sometimes just times out on pages. LAN Connections are fine I think.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

When doing a Ping test over wireless it does time out sometimes.

Hi Andy,

Have you tried connecting a laptop direct to an ethernet post on the Billion?

Have you tried manually setting the wifi channels?

Also, could it be ISP related? Have you checked your stats on http://192.168.1.254/ to see if there is anything significant going on?
