hello - I have a 7800n and have been monitoring upload amounts using Routerstats. if I set up Routerstats just to monitor my PC, then the upload amount is about 1/10 of my download amount. As soon as I change Routerstats to monitor the router, the upload amount races up to several times the download amount. This is happening even though no other PCs are switched on.
I live in the countryside with no near neighbours. I do not know much about computers - is it possible that my router can be hacked in some way - but surely if that has happened then i could see the uploading from my pc? Can anyone give me a clue as to what might be happening?
