SRA Enabled or not?

Hi, just wondering if i should enable SRA or not. Im on Sky broadband, dont really know what it does to be honest. any suggestions please.

I would enable it

Below is what SRA is
Seamless Rate Adaptation, is a technology used to adapt the rate seamlessly without any influence to the working system, to assure of the quality of the ADSL system.
