Sky Fibre - not connecting after restart

Hi I used my trusty 8800AXL for about 6 months without any problems at all. Now I've moved house and taken Sky Fibre with me.
When I connect using the old sky equipment I have no problems. When I plugged my 8800 in it wouldn't connect. I did a factory reset -> quick start and entered my option 61 details in again = no problems. Restart the 8800 and it won't connect again - after about 10 minutes on the quick connect page it just says FAIL!

Any idea whats going on?

Seems to resolved
Looks like the 802.1P Priority and 802.1Q VLAN ID fields were defaulting to -1 after restarting but I filled them in manually and they seem to be sticking. Good to have the modem back
