8800NL Virtual Server/Port Forwarding

Post by chenks »

just got a 8800NL and set it up to to forward a range of ports to my server (that has a static internal IP).
range is 38080 to 38085 (TCP/UDP).

on checking the ports, all are reporting as open except 38082 and 38084.
can't work out why.

can anyone suggest a reason why ?

The only thing I can think of is either the WAN firewall is disabled or the device's IP is entered within DMZ
