IGMP turned off but still probing (resolved)
I have disabled IGMP on the Billion 8800NL but still see logs in the software firewall indicating that IGMP probes are still being sent.
They are blocked but I wonder why they are still being sent after I have disabled IGMP.
Inbound, local & remote ports = 0

What logs are you seeing??
Do you mean on the firewall log within the router??
Have you tried to restart the router once IGMP is disabled?

I hadn`t restarted the router - this seems to have fixed it now.Lesson learned: always reboot after making settings changes !
