Wireless stopped working

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can advise on the problem I am experiencing.
All connected wireless devices have lost access to the internet.
Each device can find and connect to the wireless network but there is no data.
Ethernet works fine.

Any ideas?

Do you have a BT IPTV connected up??

Are wireless devices able to login to the router??

Hi No i dont have BT and yes the wireless devices can log in to the modem.
I am trying to do a firmware upgrade but I keep getting "Image uploading failed. The selected file contains an illegal image."

Which firmware version are you trying to upload? And make sure you do this over an ethernet wired connection, not wireless.
