We are providing VDSL2 services to these 8200N CPE's using Dynamic IP router profile.
The problem is we are seeing IP renewal issues, specifically the IP lease from our Core Router expires every 8hrs and normally in other areas of our network Routers / CPE's auto renew the IP lease.
However with the Billion 8200N CPE's customers are having to manually renew their lease by logging into the Billion Web GUI or alternatively power cycle the Router.
Wondered whether anyone else has experienced this issue or whether this is known issue and Firmware Fix available?
Many Thanks
James

Hi,
Are we any closer to a solution for this issue, I've left a ticket and no update yet just wondering.
