You give no information as to the steps you have followed.
Your OP could be construed that you have plugged in the router and expect it simply to synch.
Have you followed the specific instructions for setting up VDSL and Talk Talk as specified in the setup guide?
The guide has already been linked in this thread ( it is found here found here viewtopic.php?f=1 ) , the user manual is here > viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2982.

Use the Wizard/Quick Start link on the router home page. Its not rocket science... RTFM
