Is there another option that I may have missed in the config?
Tested here working fine with 8800NL (see attached screen shots) test ran with windows firewall off

Not doubting that the rule is correct. Just thinking if I haven't done something else. Not in a hurry to restart the router (don't want loose my current sync) but I'm guessing that maybe that is required before the rule is picked up?

There is no need to reboot the router, the rule will take effect once applied.

Have you tried to turn off your windows firewall for a quick test to see if it helps?? (the windows firewall might be blocking ping requests to your PC)

Your router or firewall is filtering ICMPv6 messages sent to your computer. An IPv6 host that cannot receive ICMP messages may encounter problems like some web pages loading partially or not at all.
and:-There is no reverse DNS record to associate your IPv6 address with a host name. Reverse DNS records are required by some Internet protocols and are usually managed at the ISP level.
got to say even without the rule applied I have never had issues with web pages not loading

I haven't seen any issues without the rules, but if some users want ICMP (ping) responses then the rules needs to be added to bypass the firewall.
